CHINESE SCROLLS & CALLIGRAPHY
Chinese Calligraphy has been passed down from generation to generation and has become a unique form of Chinese Calligraphic Art which includes painting. Chinese Calligraphic Art is characterized by a variety of styles with vibrancy, delicacy, details, and vivid images.
Most of art displayed at Katydid and Dragonfly are created and produced by Mr. Beibeiquan, from Zhejiang Province, China. He has been practicing painting and calligraphy since childhood. Mr. Beibeiquan's artwork is influenced by his ancestors who were also artists. He is a member of the Zhejiang Artist Association and Executive Vice-President of Shangyu City Artist Association. His calligraphy has won several national awards in China.
